The London Archives’ oldest document displayed at British Museum exhibition on Bayeux Tapestry: 3rd October 10am - 4th October 8pm; The British Museum; The William Charter - the oldest document held in the City of London Corporation’s extensive archives and never previously loaned to an exhibition - will be on display at The Bayeux Tapestry exhibition at the British Museum, which opens in September.

Welcome Period: Orientation: 6pm - 8pm; LH LCR; Registrar and Dean will inform you about what you need to know whilst staying at GC. Followed by a complimentary meal giving you a chance to meet your fellow members. Orientation is compulsory for all new Members

Visit to Gay's the Word Bookshop (and Fortitude Bakehouse!): 11am - 12:30pm; Start the year right with a visit to Bloomsbury's very own Gay's the Word Bookshop, the UK's oldest LGBT bookshop, followed by a trip to Fortitude Bakehouse for a cheeky snack afterwards! (Note: This event is open to ALL Goodenough College members.)
